Having the ceremony and reception all in one place with gorgeous views of the university campus from the top of the 7’s helped make our day stress free. We absolutely loved everything about Hotel UMD!! The location is absolutely perfect, with beautiful hotel rooms, ample parking, a variety of food options… and Kelsey made our experience so much better and personalized! I am truly thankful for Kelsey!! She communicated everything effectively, she took great notes about what we liked/loved at our tastings, stayed in communication with us, answered each and every question!! I got married here on August 24, 2024 and it was a literal dream come true. I can’t rave enough about Kelsey’s ability to execute my dream wedding. 10/10 professionalism, attention to detail, communication and day execution. She was always a literal phone call away and made sure everything my husband and I wanted came to pass. No detail was missed!! Everything was executed as I wanted, as we discussed and perfectly. She remembered everything we spoke about without having to look at a piece of paper. That was very impressive for someone who has multiple events happening. I truly felt like my wedding was just as important to her as it was for me. We felt safe, secure, heard and like family. This did not just seem like another transaction for Kelsey.
