The Manor House is an elegant, historic wedding venue located in Littleton, Colorado. It’s nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Ken-Caryl Valley. Guests will experience gorgeous views every way they turn at this beautifully restored mansion. The Manor House provides an on-site event manager to help you with your planning process, and oversee your special day.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 200 guests at this vintage-style venue. The Manor House sits on six beautiful acres that are exclusively yours for the day. You can exchange your vows outdoors with the amazing Denver skyline as your backdrop, or inside, near one of their cozy fireplaces. For your reception, you can dance the night away in their elegant ballroom.

History
This historic venue was built in 1914 by John Charles Shaffer and his wife Virginia Conser. It included 8,000 square feet and featured 20 rooms, six baths and an 80-foot-long living room with mirrored fireplaces at each end. The Shaffers hosted many prominent figures throughout the years, including President Theodore Roosevelt. There was a 110-foot flagpole behind The Manor House that had a light inside. When it was lit, it could be seen from Denver, and was used as a sign to the social community to join them for a grand celebration.

Now, if you think the venue is WOW, wait until your wedding is over and you reflect back on the service you received at said spectacular venue. WOWZA! Kelley and her team are true professionals that have been running this well-oiled machine for some time now and it shows. I never for a moment worried about something not going right, food not being hot, guests not being served drinks in a timely manner. The night was beyond smooth. I cannot talk enough about how smooth it was. Flawless. Again, so many of our guests kept commenting on how good the food was, how impeccable the service was (start to finish) and how quick the bar was. This is truly the BEST establishments in Denver to have your wedding at.
Incredible experience
The venue is spectacular, warm, light, loungy, and fun. It's a beautiful blend of nature, history, and elegance. The staff is fantastic. Every detail is accounted for and the staff truly supports your day to be the best it can be. For us, having the food and beverage included was a highlight and made the day smooth and easy. All in all, we had an amazing time (planning through execution) and highly recommend this venue for anyone interested.

Amazingly beautiful location for your wedding, with views of Red Rocks and Downtown Denver in the background. I have shot several weddings here and they are always so gorgeous. I highly recommend booking this venue!
