With a sprawling 12-acre lake featuring a grand 50-foot-wide fountain illuminated by bright white LED lights for stunning nighttime photos, and gently rolling hills, this serene setting merges natural beauty with state-of-the-art amenities, providing a luxurious experience like no other.

The venue is available for Spring 2026 bookings-this elegant location will soon include a large reception space to accommodate approximately 250 guests with banquet tables or 200 with round tables and a large dance floor. It features high ceilings, expansive windows with breathtaking lake views, and abundant natural light. The Manor also includes a spacious bridal suite and a large, stylish groom's suite, both with private restrooms. Fun fact for football enthusiasts: The Manor was constructed by Jack Sharp, whose company also helped build Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs.

Outdoor Celebrations: For those envisioning an all-outdoor celebration, we can accommodate guest counts of 600+.

Custom Multi-day Packages: We offer customizable multi-day packages so you can celebrate with family and friends during the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, bachelorette and bachelor parties, and, the following day, the wedding ceremony and reception.

Spring Lake also provides a range of comprehensive services, including full bar offerings with beer, wine, and available liquor. We also offer champagne toasts, signature cocktails, and unique add-ons. Your rental rate includes the entire day, giving you the freedom to prepare the space and get ready at your leisure.
