Facilities and Capacity: Ceremony Sites and 4 Ballrooms
Grace Gardens Event Center offers several indoor and outdoor event spaces, with guest accommodations for up to 550 people.
Redwood Pavilion: An outdoor rustic setting featuring a beautiful wooden pavilion, chandeliers, accent lighting, and a stunning Texas sunset view.
Pond Island Pavilion: An intimate outdoor ceremony location surrounded by natural views, cascading fountains, and exquisite landscaping.
White Peak Tent Ballroom: The White Peak Tent is a 7,000 square foot event space for both intimate and large gatherings, offering the comfort of an indoor facility with a garden ambiance. The windows provide incredible views of our grounds.
Grand Ballroom: Our most luxurious event space, with 15,000 square feet of customizable space, surround sound, two large projector screens, LED lighting, and gorgeous white ceiling drapes.
Grardner Ballroom: The Gardner Ballroom is a more intimate event space that is adorned with a sparkling chandelier made of over a thousand crystals.
Terrace Bellroom and Lawn: Our smallest venue, is an ideal location for small and intimate events, such as small wedding, bridal showers, parties, conferences, and other special events.
