The building leading up to the event space boasts charming elements, such as a six-story climbing wall, an outdoor splash pad, and a 17-foot spiral slide. As a landmark site of local renown, The Lantern Room is a beacon of artistic expression set amongst a historic neighborhood backdrop.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples hosting an occasion here will have access to over 3,000 square feet of elegant event space. Gatherings can take place in this inviting environment throughout the year, guests of which may enjoy the numerous oversized windows and the airy-feeling lofted ceilings. In total, up to 150 seated guests can enjoy a special celebration within the interior space. An additional 6,500 square feet can be found outside, wrapping around the establishment and providing a grand view of all of Cleveland, extending to Lake Erie. By adding the decking to an occasion rental, up to 2020 seated loved ones can attend an event at The Lantern Room. Plenty of flexibility is allowed here, and the venue welcomes anything from an intimate dinner to a lavish wedding in a variety of formats.
Services Offered
There are many different types of perks that The Lantern Room offers clients who book with their establishment. Various mealtime gatherings can be planned, including plated, buffet, or anything between those two. Food will be provided by the in-house farm-to-table Spice Catering, a capable crew of professionally trained chefs. Cocktails, wine, and any other beverages can be served from a customized bar layout, courtesy of the staff. For those wishing to get ready or have a convenient place to sleep after festivities, The Lantern Room has rentable accommodation located above the event area. They encourage interested clients to inquire about booking should they need extra space. As a dog-friendly establishment, they also welcome pets for a nominal add-on fee.

Best Venue and Event Planning Team in Cleveland!
The highlight, without a doubt, is the huge deck that overlooks the stunning Cleveland skyline. Watching the sunset while enjoying the festivities was simply breathtaking! It’s the perfect backdrop for photos and creates an unforgettable experience. So many classmates attending commented on what a cool space it was.
Penthouse Events Cle planned the entire night and they went above and beyond to make it special. Ursula, Julio and the rest of staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Whether you’re planning a wedding, reunion, or any special event, The Lantern Room is a fantastic choice. I can't recommend it enough and can't wait to plan something else.

Not only that but she was incredibly responsive the entire planning process to any email questions that came up. But it didn’t stop there, she put together all of our centerpieces, seating chart, and coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure everyone got where they were supposed to be. On the actual day of, if you didn’t know you would have thought Ursula and Julio were our aunt and uncle. From making sure we had the drinks we wanted in hand to snapping special dance floor moments and even personally scooping the ice cream for guests- they were everywhere, doing everything all with a smile. I couldn’t help but think, is it possible they are actually having as much fun as us?
They clearly love what they do and they set the bar exceptionally high. My friends were all shocked to hear that I didn’t have to do all of the minuscule work of wedding planning like tablecloth and napkin colors and that I had a point person who not only willingly did all of that but also blew it out of the water. I cannot reiterate enough that Julio and Ursula are the only people you need to consider for your special event. You can put all of your trust in them and just actually enjoy the unique process of planing your special day. I want to get married all over again just purely so I can work with them again. I’m not kidding.
