Crystal Springs Resort offers soon-to-be-weds with a choice of 8 locations to consider. Big Sky Pavilion is a luxurious venue designed for the wedding of your dreams. This stunning space offers a breathtaking view of the most beautiful mountain landscape and sunset in the region and encompasses a sprawling 7,800 sq. ft. to comfortably accommodate 350 guests for your reception. The spectacular Canyon Ballroom at Minerals Hotel, northern NJ's newest and largest resort ballroom at 11,000 sq. ft., showcases a design featuring a color palette of grays and creams plus wood paneling. Two stunning bars made from vendome stone with glass shelving complement the stylish decor. This expansive space is unparalleled in the region and the ideal choice for large-scale celebrations of 400+ persons.
The Ballyowen Golf Club encapsulates the whimsical feel of Ireland. Couples will have the opportunity to avail of beautiful photography locations, with views of rolling hills and plunging quarries. The stone clubhouse features an old-world design with dark woods, a cathedral ceiling, circular bar and large stone fireplace. This venue is perfect for both large and intimate celebrations, hosting country weddings of up to 150 people. Black Bear Golf Club is a slightly larger venue accommodating up to 185 guests. This scenic golf course features a beautiful gazebo that can serve as a romantic location for your ceremony. Both indoor and outdoor areas are available for your reception, each providing spectacular panoramic views overlooking Black Bear Golf Course and the Hamburg mountain range.
For couples dreaming of a charming outdoor wedding, Sweetgrass Pavilion at Minerals Hotel is a stunning location that can host up to 150 people. The open-aired rustic pavilion provides breathtaking views of the lush floral gardens and gorgeous patios of the venue’s wedding garden. At the same location, discover the chic and stylish Diamond Ballroom at Minerals Hotel, accommodating up to 225 guests. The Diamond Ballroom features a modern and elegant flair, soft seating, leather pin-tuck bar and crystal chandeliers. Just beyond the ballroom, guests are surrounded by gorgeous floral patios and a wedding garden, the perfect backdrop for a romantic outside ceremony and cocktail hour. Perched atop a sweeping crest, with the most stunning panoramic views in the Tri-State area, you will find the luxurious four-star Adirondack-style Grand Cascades Lodge and Crystal Springs Country Club. The Emerald Ballroom is the ideal venue for weddings in a stunning traditional space accommodating up to 300 guests, with an indoor cocktail hour in the Grand Rotunda that overlooks the scenic mountains.

From the moment we met with Lee, our original sales rep, we knew we were in good hands. She helped us visualize our dream wedding and provided invaluable guidance throughout the planning process.
Our wedding coordinator, Sara, was exceptional. She was incredibly organized, attentive to detail, and always available to answer our questions. Her flexibility, professionalism and expertise made the entire planning process stress-free.
Our maitre d’, Hector, was equally impressive. He was courteous and ensured everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. His attention to detail and ability to anticipate our needs were truly remarkable. He was always available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and troubleshoot any issues that arose for the entirety of the night not only for us, but our guests too.
Caitlin, our dedicated bridal attendant, was a lifesaver throughout the entire day. She was always there to assist us, from holding our personal belongings during photoshoots to ensuring we stayed hydrated and nourished. Her attentiveness and care allowed us to fully enjoy our special day without any worries.
One heartwarming story that highlights the exceptional service at Crystal Springs involves a staff member who offered to give a guest a ride on a golf cart. When the guest was unable to ride due to a dirty passenger seat, the staff member graciously offered to ride on the back, allowing the guest to drive ensuring she arrived safely and comfortably. This is just one of many stories we've heard from our guests about the kind and accommodating staff at Crystal Springs.
Overall, our wedding at Crystal Springs was an absolute dream come true. We are eternally grateful for the perfect evening and the unforgettable memories we made. 10/10 would recommend!
