Harmony Gardens Tropical Wedding Garden is an outdoor wedding venue located in De Leon Springs, Florida. This venue originally served as a retreat for Joe King and his wife. He founded Aragon Ranch almost 50 years ago and it remained in the family for many years after. It was his wife that originally started the renowned gardens that are a highlight of the venue. First their son and now their granddaughter Leah and her husband Joe took over and began tending to the property. Today, they offer up their gardens for couples to exchange their vows in and experience an unforgettable oasis as their wedding backdrop.
Facilities and Capacity
The entire Harmony Gardens Tropical Wedding Garden rests on the 35-acre ranch. Due to its setting in the sub-tropics, you will be surrounded by plenty of charming oaks and tropical plants such as exotic gingers, heliconias, elephant ears, and more. The woodland gardens make up seven of the acres and are quite romantic for weddings of all sizes and styles. In fact, there is more than enough room for you to invite up to 150 of your loved ones. In this setting, couples will find lovely water features such as a pond and fountain. Romantic details fill the space such as the lighted pathways and twinkle lights. There is even a marble dance floor, which is perfect for entertaining your guests. Regardless of the weather, you will be able to host your ceremony or reception outdoors because there is a covered dining pavilion. If you need a private place to prepare, there are separate bride and groom rooms.

When you host your ceremony and reception at the Harmony Gardens Tropical Wedding Garden, you will receive the assistance of the staff and be able to relax while they take care of your day of wedding coordination. You can enjoy the venue’s farm tables, white garden chairs, and table linens. The team can even help you out with your vendor selection process by providing you with a list of their preferred vendors. Parking is also available for the convenience of you and your guests.

What an absolutely beautiful location for any event, but especially for that special day of a wedding. Spring brings out all of the blossoms on the variety of plants throughout the venue, especially the azaleas. And when the jasmine is in bloom - the fragrance is electrifying. This outdoor venue has all you could need - Bride's room, groom's room, chandeliers and torches throughout, great bar area, rose garden wedding area, and so much more.
As beautiful as Harmony Gardens were when we shot a wedding there , the owners are refusing to rest on what they have, funding even more improvements to this pristine property which is quickly becoming the jewel of Central Florida. Yes it's a drive --- but what you get at the end of that drive is paradise. I've worked quite a few weddings at Harmony Gardens. They provided an excellent background and venue for both the ceremony and reception. They made all necessary provisions for bad weather. I recommend them highly.
